Guiding Lights and Corrupting Forces
The concept of deities and the search for spiritual guidance has been apart of our sociological fabrics since the dawn or time. In the lands of Kul De’Has it is no different. Powerful beings beyond humanity’s scope of understanding have utilized their energies to sculpt and guide the worlds around us. Mostly with a passive hand, but this is not always the case.
For those who have been chosen, governing forces occasionally have made themselves known and even granted power to those who would wield it in their name. The stories that are to follow are told through the eyes of the chosen. Heralds of their creators. Like most things that have been touched by the hand of humanity, these stories are merely interpretations of visions and facets of the divine that mortals are not meant to understand. As such, they are not without fault. Concepts of Morality, good, evil, gender, race. These are mortal ideologies that the deities of the world have little use of. They are merely applied by the ones telling the stories as a means of understanding what is larger than themselves.
As a player, this means that the stories and concepts of Kul De’Hasian deities are fluid and malleable. They are merely a guide. So go forth and build your campaigns and creations. Adjust them to fit your needs and pass them along to your players by the same methods that have been utilized since the beginning of time. Through spoken word and song.
