Lemick Zahn- Lead Armorer and Combat Instructor for The Order of The Divine Light
There are not many orcs living amongst the residents and pilgrims that gather at the Temple of The Divine Light, and there are even less half-orcs. As a result of this Lemick Zahn tends to stand out. and not just due to his generous height. Lemick ran away from his clan as a youth. he didn’t seem to fit in with the Orc clans of the Grimwood. His commanding presence segues into a soft spoken and shy demeaner. Although he prefers the environment of the teahouse, with it’s poetry and aromatic blends. Lemick is more than capable to raise his morningstar, Daisy-Mae, in defense of those who would need it. These proclivities he brings with him into the training circle. Preaching a well prepared and trained physical presence and proficiency, but wielded as a secondary action for conflict resolution. For as he puts it, “it is in compassion that one finds their true strength.” He also possesses a certain style and swagger when it comes to outfitting. going beyond just function, Lemick seems to find the most stylish combinations of armorment that compliment not just the fighting style of its owner, but compliments the individual as well.

Henifah Zahn- Lead Blacksmith for The Order of The Divine Light
There are many who, upon meeting her, would describe Henifah as enthusiastic and… well... odd. In their defense it can be a bit unnerving to hear a voice coming from behind an anvil and not see the body producing it. When Henifah climbs the steps to her work station, all queries as to why they rose to be the Lead Blacksmith are put to rest. Henifah isn’t surprised, however. As she states, “It’s all a matter of metallurgy and physics. Metallurgy and physics. Just Science…” then she trails off into her own erratic thought process. Some can follow her, most can’t.

Jakken Kinmen- Stablehand for The Order of The Divine Light
Jakken is a halfling that works in the stables. Unlike the Twins, Jakken’s Parents reside in the dwellings on the grounds. They came to The Temple but when the time came, opted to not take the vows. Now they are two of the lead gardeners on the premises. When Jakken came of age, he was given the option to begin his training within The Order. Only time will tell if Jakken will decide to take the vows when the time comes.

Henimen Zahn- Riding and Mounted Combat Instructor for The Order of The Divine Light
If you notice that the Stablemaster and the Head of Mounted Combat look similar, you would be right. These twins came into the order as children. Now Henimen is the Head Riding and Mounted Combat instructor for The Order of The Divine Light

Bohannen Zahn- Stablemaster for The Order of The Divine Light
If you notice that the Stablemaster and the Head of Mounted Combat look similar, you would be right. These twins came into the order as children. Bohannen connects with horses so deeply, he has made caring for them his life’s work. Rising to the rank of Stablemaster for The Order of The Divine Light.

Mitari Zahn- Head of Magics for The Order of The Divine Light
The Head of Magics is an individual where there are a lot of legends and rumors but little solid fact. Those who know put their faith and trust in Mitari, as she has (as they put it) etched her place in the halls of the cathedral by trial and blood. An oddly tall Half-elf, Mitari’s shorn face and head are accented by a series of scars that pattern the left side of their body. Her left eye has almost reached a hue of white, whereas their right eye is a piercing blue. Both of which carry with them a weight of their past that they are not of the disposition to share. When her gaze falls upon you it seems to penetrate your defenses and look completely to your core. The experience can be deeply unsettling. When they speak, there is a natural authority the comes in the deep tones of her voice.

William Zahn- Head Groundskeeper for The Order of The Divine Light
William Zahn is a tall and muscular human man. He is gruff and direct. Words have never been his strong suit. He shows his devotion through his actions. Keeping the temple and the surrounding grounds in top notch shape. He also keeps the meditation steps in working and safe order.

Forsith Zahn- Personal Attendant to The High Protector
Forsith is a young, androgynous Half-Elf. They have been with the order since they were a child and have risen to the rank of Personal Attendant. A very high honor. Only the brightest and most diligent members of the order rise to aid an elder, let alone the High Protector. Some work their whole lives to rise to the rank of attendant. Forsith showed great organization, selflessness, and diligence to rise to the aid of Aleister Zahn. They are soft spoken but see and hear everything. Especially if it involves the High Protector. Their Quarters are off the side of the high protector’s main chambers. And their desk is positioned in the high protector’s study so that they can always be of available if needed. It is very common to find Forsith reading or transcribing on the meditation steps awaiting the High Protector’s return from his morning communion. They spend a lot of their time transcribing the High Protector’s writings from braille into common. The High Protector also has been known to write in common as well, but his handwriting is terrible. Forsith seems to be the only one who can read it.

Aleister Zahn- High Protector of The Order of The Divine Light
High Protector Aleister Zahn is a short, Gaunt man. Like most of the elders in the order, Aleister is blind. Spending the majority of his life looking to the sun for enlightenment. He is slightly hunched due to his age, which is unknown. Holders of the position of High Protector seem to live an exceptionally long life and over time their ages seem to be forgotten. Aleister is a quiet man. Who no longer performs the services of the temple. He is brought out on major ceremonies, such as the celebration of the summer solstice, the longest day in the sun, but otherwise spends his time meditating on the cliffs and reading in his study. Oddly enough, much like the other elder members of the order, Aleister Zahn does not seem to need any assistance whatsoever navigating the meditation steps or the temple itself. Aleister was quite the learned individual. Personally, translating many of the texts that are found in the main library. Sadly, since his blindness, he has been relegated to reading only Braille. However, he can verbally translate between several languages. Including: Common, Dwarven, Ancient Dwarven, Elven, Celestial, Infernal, Undercommon, and if described to him or written in his palm can even translate Thieves-cant.
